Please ensure that the Coach trip
Organiser has a supply (say 10) 1st
class s.a.e.’s which can be used to contact you about the trips. 2nd class s.a.e.’s are not recommended for they
take longer to reach you. When the supply of envelopes runs low
the Coach trip Organiser will let you know. After two reminders, if your envelopes are not
replaced you will lose contact with us.
A non-returnable deposit of £5 per person per trip
(or otherwise if indicated) is needed to book. Bookings without deposits may not be accepted by
the organiser and you could lose your place. There will be a demand on places; your deposit
assures the organiser of your genuine intention to take part in the excursion.
Make a diary or calendar note of your
bookings so you do not forget that you are committed to the trip.
Once a trip is full I will keep a ‘reserve’ list. Cancellations do happen and I will contact you if a
space should become available.
The organiser is not responsible for your travel to the pick-up
point. You must chose which pick-up will work best for you.
On-street parking or car parks are available near most of the locations.
Make a diary or calendar note of your bookings so
you do not forget that you are committed to the trip.
If a trip is not viable, then it will be cancelled
and your money returned to you in full, provided no expenses have been
made. If you cannot travel for genuine reasons having
booked and paid for your seat, contact me and I will do my best to
re-sell your seats for you. Refunds are not guaranteed and should not be
expected. However, I will always do what I can to help if I possibly
can. Please do not embarrass the organiser by making demands
for refunds. Theatre tickets or entrance tickets, once
purchased, are strictly non-refundable unless later sold.
For the comfort of everyone we operate a policy of
No Smoking on the coaches. This year’s coaches will be operated
by Cedrics International, Hedingham Omnibuses and Kings Coaches.
It is possible for friends or
relations who do not live in our area to join you at a destination -
prices without travel can usually be arranged - please ask.
Arrival and departure times are approximate. Leg stretch, comfort and refreshment stops are
provided where possible and when the length of journey warrants. The organiser has the right to change any trip/trips
at short notice or on the day of travel if circumstances demand it.
Passengers should get a fair share
of travel at the front, middle and back of the coach and whether you get
aisle or window seats. Seating is allocated to enable families and
groups to sit together wherever possible.
Where reductions for children are not quoted,
please ask. Small allowances can sometimes be made. If not stated, there are no alternative prices for
senior citizens. Cheques for payment (which are encouraged and are
always preferable) should be made payable to
‘Pier Avenue Baptist
Church’.
